Anamaria is a Romanian Actress. She made her screen debut with Sex Traffic, a Channel 4 film Sex Traffic for which she won the British Academy Television Award for Best actress. In 2007, she was a part of in the Romanian film 4 luni 3 semaines si 2 days (4 Months 3 Weeks and 2 Days) by Cristian Mungiu. The film won the Palme d'Or at the 2007 Cannes Film Festival and two other prizes (the Cinema Prize of the French National Education System and the FIPRESCI prize). Additionally, she was a part in the film of Francis Ford Coppola Youth Without Youth. She appeared in 2008 as Yasim of Angwar in the BBC Five-episode Miniseries The Last Enemy. Marinca played roles in Oliver Hirschbiegel's Five Minutes of Heaven as well as the Romanian film Boogie. In the movie Fury (2014) the actress appeared as Irma, the German woman, who served as Emma's aunt.
