Najarra Townsend
Najarra was aware of what she wished to do with her life before she was three. She started modeling and also taking part in local stage shows while remaining involved in theater as well as musical performances throughout her childhood and teens. In the film "Menace", she co-starred as a ten year old. Najarra was internationally recognized for her role in "Me and You and Everyone We are", which won the Sundance and Cannes awards in 2005. She has played the titular persona in several films, such as: "Tru Loved", "Marin Blue", "Betty I am" and has appeared in numerous other independent films. The audience was able to see an entirely new facet of her young actor when they were able to watch the horror film "Contracted" that was released by IFC Midnight in 2014. Najarra wants dedicating her entire life to the things she enjoys and that inspire her.
